Friendly helpful service at the showroom, the install was completed by two very competent people. We chose a Pickering wood burner replacing a 25 year old burner. It is a transformation for our living room and now able to reduce central heating temperature in the house.
Excellent service from the first time we walked into the showroom to the final installation of our log burner. They came out more than once during our build to liaise with the builder and put in the flue when called in. The final installation was carried out efficiently and with great care of our new room and floor. Problem which arose on the day, which was totally of our making was quickly overcome with no fuss by the excellent installers. Highly recommend this company wish all companies were so easy to deal with.
